OUR FAVOURITE PRINTS FOR WORK AND HOW TO WEAR THEM
Fashion23 January 2017
If you're back at work after a lovely summer break and wondering how you can transport yourself back there (hypothetically speaking), wearing print is a great place to start. Inject some much-needed colour and joy into your workwear with our favourite printed pieces:

#1 The printed pant or short
Some might call them daring but swapping out a plain pair of bottoms for a printed pair can add so much life and edge to your look.
For a smart-casual office outfit, try a pair of printed harem pants elevated with a high heel and smart blazer. Or if shorts are more your style, go for a tailored pair with a low heel or brogue.

Featuring: 1./ Printed pant by Max 2./ Printed short by Glassons 3./ Cross front top by Jay Jays 4./ High neck blouse by Glassons 5./ Cropped blazer by Max 6./ Cocoon jacket by Max 7./ Cut out heel by Hannahs 8./ Cut out brogue by Overland
#2 The printed blouse
Floaty, fun and sophisticated. The beauty of a print is that you instantly add life and bags of colour to your look with little effort. Be that florals, stripes or abstract patterns, find a print that draws you to it then pair it back with a plain skirt or tailored ankle grazer.
So as not to hide the blouse and if you need an extra layer, go for a vest on top or simply wear as-is with a pendant earring or necklace. Think less is more with printed pieces.

Featuring: 1./ Blouse by Glassons 2./ Pleated midi skirt by Max 3./ Linen short by Max 4./ Navy capri by Max 5./ Silver loafer by Overland 6./ Lace up heel by Hannahs
#3 The printed bomber jacket
A lightweight and slightly more casual alternative to a blazer. The floral bomber is the kind of hero piece that can take you from casual-office Fridays to a weekend date night and is perfect in a less corporate setting.
Simply, pair with a midi skirt and plain top and the jacket will do the rest!

Featuring: 1./ Bomber jacket by Glassons 2./ Blomber jacket by Max 3./ Cross front top by Jay Jays 4./ Ankle grazer pant by Max 5./ white top by Glassons 6./ Printed skirt by Max 7./ Grey dress by Max 8./ Ankle strap heel by Hannahs 9./ Cut out beige heel by Hannahs
