Our friendly Customer Services team is located at our Centre Management Office and is open during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am-6pm
Sunday: 10am-5pm

Use the entrance off Ward Street between Dotti and Chemist Warehouse.

Our team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information including, the loan of wheelchairs and pushchairs and assist with lost property.

Our parent rooms are child friendly spaces designed for your convenience. They are equipped with microwaves, bottle warmers, change tables and screened seated areas for your feeding privacy. All parents and caregivers are welcome.

Parent rooms are located:

• in the amenities area down the corridor between the food court and the lifts. (this Parent room has a toddler toilet)
• in the amenities area down the corridor next to ProfessioNail

Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the Centre, however, if you’d like somewhere more private we welcome you to use our parent rooms.

Our toilets are located:

• on the ground floor down the corridor between the food court and the lifts
• on the ground floor down the corridor next to ProfessioNail

All of our bathrooms have accessible toilets.

Centre Place has 6 EV chargers available which you can use FREE of charge for up to two hours (parking fees may apply) – these are located on Level 1B of the Centre Place Carpark, which can be accessed via Bryce Street.

We have Type 1 and Type 2 chargers available for use.

We have 10 eBike chargers which are available for you to use for FREE! These chargers are located in front of the Moochi store, on the corner of Ward St and Worley Place.

Just bring along your own charging cable, lock your bike in and you’re good to go!

Giving all of our customers the opportunity to shop, dine and be entertained is important to us. We have a separate accessible bathroom in each of our toilet areas, as well as dedicated accessibility parks.

Our accessible parks are located by all of our main entrances to the centre, including 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A levels in our Centre Place carpark building, which all have lift access.

Cars parked in clearly marked accessible parks without an appropriate permit are liable to be ticketed.
